Terms and Conditions

 Rates

– Rates are in U.S. dollars.
– All reservations are to be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
– Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
– We accept credit cards (Mastercard and Visa) and cash payments.
– Credit card payments may be subject to additional charges.

 Breakfast

– Accommodation includes breakfast from 06:30 to 08:00.
– To-go breakfast (Box Breakfast) is available for guests leaving before 06:30, including: 1 cake, individual juice, and 1 fruit.

 Included Services

– Free WiFi throughout the premises (satellite interruptions may occur).
– Luggage storage service.
– Purified water in common areas.
– Coffee and tea station on the top floor.
– Complimentary items: Beach bags, beach towels, in-room safe, cable TV, air conditioning, and floor fans in each room.
– Dining area in the common area for work use.
– Hammocks in the Standard Suites.

Complementary Pick Up

This service is available only if:
– You make a reservation in our Standard Suite.
– Your stay is for a minimum of two consecutive nights at the hotel.
– Does not applied to promotional  rates.

 Children’s Policy (0-12 years)

– Children 12 and under must always be accompanied by an adult in the room.
– Children under 2 years old can sleep in their parents’ bed at no additional cost.

 Services Not Included

– Dinners or breakfasts in rooms.
– Early check-in: At the hotel’s discretion, early check-in may be authorized at no additional cost, subject to availability (not guaranteed).
– Late check-out: At the hotel’s discretion, late check-out may be authorized at no additional cost, subject to availability (not guaranteed).
– Airport transfers to and from the hotel. Please inquire about additional charges.
– Gratuities.

 Check-in / Check-out

– Check-in: from 12:00 PM
– Check-out: by 09:00 AM

 Reservation Conditions

– Pets are not allowed in the rooms or hotel premises, including the terrace.
– The hotel is a smoke-free area; smoking is only allowed on the sidewalk outside.
– Rooms are subject to availability; we recommend booking in advance.

 Confirmations

– All prices are per room, per night, and per number of people.
– Occupancy of 1-2 people in any of our 5 standard suites, which can be configured with a king-size bed or two twin beds.
– Occupancy of 3 people in our 4 upper-floor standard suites, with a king-size double bed + a queen sofa bed or two twin beds and a queen sofa bed.
– The Budget room is in front of the breakfast area and can accommodate 1 or 2 people. This room does not have a hammock.

 Taxes

– Our rates include a 10% service tax and a 15% VAT (for domestic tourists).
– Payment is made at the time of booking or on the day of check-in. In case of cancellation within the agreed deadlines, the amount will be charged.

 Cancellation Policy

– For total or partial cancellations UP TO 31 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL, the deposit made at the time of booking will be refunded.
– For total or partial cancellations WITHIN 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL and on the day of check-in, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
– No-shows are considered cancellations with a 100% charge.

 Lost and Found

The hotel is not responsible for guests’ negligence in handling and caring for their personal belongings. Similarly, it declines any responsibility for accidents that occur inside and outside the hotel. In case of finding forgotten items in the rooms, the hotel will register them according to procedure and immediately contact the guest to notify them of the items found. The guest will coordinate and bear the cost of the recovery logistics.

 Dietary Restrictions

For a better guest experience, please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance and in a timely manner.

 Medical Conditions

We request that our guests notify the hotel of any significant medical conditions, no matter how small they may seem. It is important to mention that in case of emergency, accident, or other situations related to the lack of information provided by the guest, the hotel will not be responsible.

 Advertising

Photographs and videos taken within the hotel may be used for advertising on our website, social media, and platforms like Booking, Expedia, Tripadvisor, without the need to sign a release form for the individuals appearing in them.

 Check-in Requirements

Upon check-in, all guests, without exception, must meet the following requirements:

– Show the passport or identity document of the reservation holder and all companions.
– Complete and sign the registration form, accepting the liability waiver.
– Unregistered or additional guests (after check-in) must register and pay an additional fee (if applicable) and sign the registration form.

To maintain an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and cordiality in the hotel, the excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, drugs, and firearms is prohibited.
